At its heart, this beer is an IPA, brewed with Galaxy and Amarillo hops in the whirlpool and dry hop for a bright citrus punch. Heavily roasted wheat provides a deep dark brown color and chocolate notes that linger. Pilsner malt and lager yeast provide a medium/light body with a crisp dry finish.

A waffle cone… lager?! Why yes! We’ve teamed up with the amazing folks at Super Secret Ice Cream (Bethlehem, NH) to bring you a one of a kind lager experience! This beer was made with actual homemade waffle cones from Super Secret, as well as other ingredients they use to make them, such as vanilla beans and flaked wheat from NEK Grains (Waterford, VT). It’s crisp, refreshing, and oh so sweet.
