Sam Nelis the beverage director at Barr Hill will be traveling from Vermont to teach a seminar on Gin, Honey & Agriculture and Barr Hill!

Enjoy tastes of all three of their products made with Raw Honey. Sam will also be mixing up classic cocktails for each of you to try made with each of the spirits.

We have been learning about different spirits for the past year and now here is your chance to test your knowledge. In this informal fun evening, you will get the chance to answer questions about different spirits. There may be a prize for the most knowledgeable participant. We have selected 4 spirits and paired them with different cheese for this evening of "Rek Lis Spirit Jeopardy" with host Nigel. Who can resist cheese and spirits and you get to test your knowledge at the same time.

Rek'-lis will be open at 5pm with a limited dinner menu. Tasting event starts at 6:30pm.
