Rek'-lis is tightening up there beer advertising! Every Saturday we will post the picture of our beer board. Descriptions will be offered on our Facebook Page and here. We'll do our best to keep up as the weekend progresses. When the Keg kicks beer (upcoming) descriptions will be posted. This is our attempt to stay as green as possible, while promoting and informing our constant revolving beer list!
R - /rōst/ Stout ABV 6.5%
You might be surprised to read that our new stout was not finished in the oven at high heat. This beer tastes like you set your toaster to 11!
E - Walk On The Wild Side Tart Pale Ale ABV 6% **FEATURED BEER**
Brewed with over a pound of wild blueberries per gallon, and you can tell! Both the color and the sweetness leave no doubt that this is going to be a summer favorite. Please doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo doo get it before it's gone!
K - Pretentious Hopper NEIPA ABV 7%
This fruit forward juice bomb NEIPA comes with a huge dose of Cool Guy dry hops, which add an amazing nose and plenty of juiciness to this beer. As pretentious as a beer can get!
L - Miler Pale Ale ABV 4.7%
Have you ever run a mile? Sure, easy, right? Have you ever run a mile while drinking four beers? This beer was brewed for the annual Rek'-lis Beer Mile. It’s a light, easy drinkin’ beer. It’s ABV is only 4.7% so that one can chug four of them while running a timed mile. Win the 3rd Annual Rek'-lis Beer Mile this September and we'll name a beer after you! C - GUEST TAP Collective Arts Brewing Jam Up The Mash Sour ABV 5.2%
After the never ending battle between the hop heads and sour lovers we decided to appease the two. Using Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Citra from the Pacific North West this mixed fermentation brew is juicy, sour and extremely refreshing. Sour & hops in perfect, thirst
O - Cider
Part of our Up in Smoke Series, carmel and roasted malts add to the balance of this silky smooth porter that finishes with subtle hint of smoke. Offering a mouth feel that slightly coats the tongue, leaving lingering roasty bitterness that is quite pleasing!
The Parkview Smoked Porter ABV: 6.1%
Her Highness, Imperial Stout, 8.3%:
Not for the untrained stout tongue. Climb as high as you can then throw your Rek'-Lis self off the cliff and into the darkness. This stout is light-bodied, but that's all it's light on. Major malt complexity is barely noticed through the massive additions of Noble and new hops. Enjoy the buzz in your mouth and in your head.
Find out what it means to me, and order a pint! Brewed with raspberries. The color is flamboyant! The aroma is sweet and inviting, but the flavor is shockingly tart!
Raspect Tart Pale Ale ABV 5%
Humble Hopper NEIPA ABV 7.3%
We took as many 'Cool Guy' hops we could find and stuffed them into this beer. Soft on the tongue, floral and fruity on the nose and in the mouth, and lovely going down.
be saved for your ‘goodnight’ beer, but don’t worry, it won’t keep you awake as it’s low bitterness and light body will make it easy to soak in. Enjoy, but don’t be rek-lis.
